Others take it slower—maybe the day before they enjoyed a wine tasting, and now they’re curious about which bottles to take home.
_Luca,_ Barbara once told me at the beginning of a summer season, _ we have so many guests who are passionate about wine. They don’t just want to taste Valtellina labels—they want to discover the territory behind them.
And then there are the cyclists. Livigno is one of the most beautiful places in the world to ride—on the road and off-road. In summer it’s full of enthusiasts enjoying scenic routes, and professionals training at altitude.
Why don’t we create an experience that brings these two worlds together?

The day begins on an e-bike, with pedal assistance making even the more challenging stretches accessible to everyone.
The routes around Livigno are simply unforgettable—each one leading to breathtaking alpine views.
We take care of everything: bike rental is booked in advance just a short walk from the hotel.
All you need to do is enjoy breakfast and choose your route.
Lunch: A Picnic with the Flavours of Valtellina
Before setting off, you’ll receive a backpack prepared with everything you need for a true Valtellina-style picnic:
bresaola, local cheeses, focaccia filled with the flavours of the valley—and, of course, a bottle of Rosso di Valtellina.
Enjoying lunch outdoors, surrounded by mountains, laying a blanket on the grass with a glass of wine in hand—this is one of those moments that defines a holiday.
