An enriching experience, included with your stay, and offered as a gift to all our guests.
How It Works
Each evening is hosted by an expert from Distilleria Marzadro, who sets up a dedicated tasting table in the bar area starting at 8:00 pm.
Over the course of the evening, guests are introduced to different styles of grappa, guided through the distillation process, and invited to explore the aromas and flavours of a spirit deeply rooted in mountain culture.

Distilleria Marzadro
Distilleria Marzadro is an artisanal producer from Trentino, founded in 1949 by Sabina Marzadro in Nogaredo. It was born in the post-war years, when distilling local grape pomace was a way to survive hardship.
Now in its third generation, the distillery continues to use a traditional discontinuous bain-marie method: the pomace is slowly distilled using indirect steam, without direct contact with the flame.
This gentle process preserves delicate aromas and results in cleaner, more elegant grappas.
Marzadro works with local grape varieties such as Teroldego, Marzemino and Merlot.
Among its most renowned expressions is Le Diciotto Lune, a grappa stravecchia aged for 18 months in barrels made from four different woods — oak, cherry, ash and robinia — producing a spirit that is smooth, refined and beautifully balanced.
